There are times when we encounter the need to go deeper, heal something, and create a new possibility in our lives. Essentially, it’s the shift from surviving to thriving. During these times, we have an opportunity to better understand who we are, what we want, and how to create it. Maybe this comes consciously and we want this change. But sometimes it comes like an avalanche interfering with any chance of us continuing life as usual….and we just want relief.
Anxiety, depression, and health issues, as well as major changes in our relationships, work, or well-being are all ways this need to thrive can appear. These times are an important intersection between how we’ve learned to live through our history and who we actually are. In individual therapy, we work together to help you to engage this opportunity and discover the life you really want to live and are here to live.
